1. Admission Eligibility

1.1. Students must be at least 16 years old to enroll in standard courses.
1.2. Younger learners may be admitted through special programs with parental consent.
1.3. A stable internet connection, a computer or mobile device, and a microphone/speaker are required for online learning.
1.4. Applicants must provide accurate personal and contact details during registration.

2. Enrollment & Payment

2.1. Enrollment is complete once the registration form is submitted and payment is confirmed.
2.2. Course fees must be paid in full or through an agreed installment plan before starting the course.
2.3. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
2.4. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the refund policy.

3. Course Access & Attendance

3.1. Students will receive login details to access live and recorded lessons.
3.2. Access to course materials is strictly personal and must not be shared with others.
3.3. Attendance in live sessions is highly recommended for the best learning experience.
3.4. If a student misses a class, they can access the recorded session if available.

4. Course Completion & Certification

4.1. To receive a certificate, students must meet course participation and assessment requirements.
4.2. Certificates are digital and sent via email upon successful course completion.
4.3. The school reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of incomplete coursework or policy violations.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1. Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

• A request is made within 5 days of payment and before course access.
• The course is canceled by English Excellence Center due to unforeseen circumstances.
  5.2. No refunds are issued once a course has started, except in exceptional cases approved by management.
  5.3. Students can request a course reschedule or transfer within the first two weeks of enrollment.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Students must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner in all interactions.
6.2. Plagiarism, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or dismissal without a refund.
6.3. Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1. Student information is collected for registration and course management purposes only.
7.2. English Excellence Center does not share personal data with third parties without consent.
7.3. Students agree to the use of their feedback or testimonials for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

8. Technical Issues & Liability

8.1. The school is not responsible for internet connectivity issues or technical problems on the student's end.
8.2. In case of platform disruptions, alternative learning options may be provided.
8.3. English Excellence Center holds no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course participation.

9. Amendments & Contact Information

9.1. English Excellence Center reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
